Welcome to Tranquil Tides Water Sports. By booking or participating in any of our services—including kayak and paddleboard rentals or drone photo sessions—you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Payment

• Full payment is required to confirm your reservation.

• We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as specified at the time of booking.

• Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after receipt of payment.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• More than 24 hours’ notice: Full refund or rescheduling at no charge.

• Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% refund or rescheduling (subject to availability).

• No-shows: No refund will be issued.

• Weather cancellations: If we must cancel due to unsafe weather or sea conditions, guests will receive a full refund or be offered an opportunity to reschedule.

3. Arrival & Late Policy

• Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time.

• Late arrivals may shorten your rental period. Guests more than 15 minutes late without notice may forfeit their booking.

4. Safety & Eligibility

• All participants must complete and sign our Waiver & Release of Liability form before participating in any activity.

• Minimum age for kayak use is 12 years. Children under 12 are not permitted in or on any kayak.

• Life jackets must be worn at all times during water activities.

• Participants must be in reasonable physical health and free from medical conditions that could be aggravated by physical activity.

• Guests under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be allowed to participate and will not receive a refund.

5. Equipment Use & Responsibility

• All equipment must be returned in the same condition as provided.

• Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to equipment due to misuse, negligence, or failure to follow instructions.

• Tranquil Tides Water Sports reserves the right to charge for the repair or replacement of damaged or lost items.

6. Drone Photo Shoots

• Participants must consent to aerial photography before drone services begin.

• Drone flights are subject to weather and airspace conditions and may be canceled or rescheduled.

• Tranquil Tides reserves the right to select and edit photos and videos provided to clients.

7. Media Use Consent

• With your consent, Tranquil Tides may use photographs or videos taken during your experience for promotional purposes.

• You may opt out by indicating your preference on our Photography Consent Form.

8. Liability & Indemnity

• Tranquil Tides Water Sports is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or losses resulting from participation in our activities, unless caused by gross negligence or misconduct.

• By booking, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tranquil Tides, its owners, staff, and affiliates from any claims related to your participation.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Commonwealth of The Bahamas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
