At Tranquil Tides Water Sports, we strive to provide an exceptional experience for every guest. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair and flexible as possible. Please review our return and refund policy below:

Cancellations & Refunds

Customer-Initiated Cancellations:

• More than 24 hours’ notice: Full refund or option to reschedule.

• Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% refund or option to reschedule (subject to availability).

• No-show or same-day cancellation: No refund.

Weather-Related Cancellations:

• In the event of unfavorable weather or unsafe conditions, Tranquil Tides reserves the right to cancel or postpone your reservation. Guests will receive a full refund or may reschedule at no additional cost.

Late Arrivals

• Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior notice may forfeit their reservation and be considered a no-show.

• We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals but cannot guarantee rescheduling or full service beyond your booked time slot.

Equipment Returns & Damage

• All rented equipment must be returned in the condition it was issued. Guests will be held financially responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen equipment.

• Refunds will not be issued for early returns or unused time during your rental period.

Please include your name, booking date/time, and reason for your request. Refunds are processed to the original method of payment and may take up to 5–7 business days.
